Who are we?We are a one-stop shop for all of your content creation needs. We create content for your website, e-commerce platform, and/or social media, helping you curate the best content marketing to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.

How does It work?Step 1: Book Plan your shoot in minutes! Build your own photo or video shoot based on your individual needs. We are happy to chat with you one-on-one to help build a custom pack for you! Step 2: Prep Finalize your shot list and ship us your products. Once shipped, your shoot will be added to the production schedule. Step 3: Attend Every shoot starts with a kickoff on-boarding call. We discuss your goals, needs, and vision for the shoot prior to the actual shoot date. On the day of the shoot, you will see your content appear in real-time and give us feedback via live chat, saving you time on edits!

What do I need to do after I book?Ship your products to our studio and share what you want to create. Unsure of what you need? Check out our packs or chat online with us!

Do I get to choose the date and time for my on-boarding call?Yes, you will select the date and time for your call at the time of checkout.

Do I get to choose the date and time for my shoot?Our schedulers will pick a date and time that works best for our schedule and make sure you get the best experience based on your goals. You will receive an email with the date and time. If you have a conflict please let us know ASAP and we will get you rescheduled. We require at least two business days’ notice if you need to reschedule.

How much of my product should I ship?We recommend shipping at least two of each of the products you want to be featured in the shoot, especially when filming or photographing a recipe. This allows us to use the product in the actual recipe as well keep an unopened “hero” product that remains camera-friendly throughout the shoot.

Will you ship my products back to me?We do not ship food products back after the shoot. If your shoot involves a non-food related product we are more than happy to ship if you provide us with the shipping label.

Can I edit or cancel my order?If you need to make changes to your order, please email info@phoodstyle.com. Edits cannot be made after the edits have been delivered. All deliverables are non-refundable.

How do I reschedule?Reschedule your shoot one time with two business days notice by emailing info@phoodstyle.com.

Can I cancel?Your booking is good for a year from the date of your purchase. The booking deposit is non refundable. If you’d like to cancel your booking you will forfeit your deposit.

You received my product. When will we shoot?We aim to schedule your shoot at the next available time one week after we receive your product but time slots can vary. You will receive an email confirmation once you’ve been added to the calendar.

Is a video reshoot part of the video editing process?Kindly note that video edits do not encompass reshoots of any nature. Edits or revisions pertain to adjustments such as music alterations, color correction, scene reordering, pacing, etc. Reshoots of any kind will be treated as a new order. Your placement of an order signifies your agreement to this policy.

How was Phoodstyle started?Phoodstyle was founded by Kaitlyn Alkass and Raj Belani during the height of the pandemic when traditional production sets shut down. They combined their expertise in creating professional photo and video at an affordable price and an easy-to-use platform, all from the comfort of your own home or office. They are a dynamic team with a shared vision of creating high-quality content.

Where is your studio located?We are located in New York City but work with brands from all over the world, thanks to our virtual platform!
